Terms of Service

GST is applicable on our professional fees. A GST-compliant e-invoice will be issued, and Input Tax Credit will be reflected only where a valid GSTIN is provided at the time of payment. It is the Client’s responsibility to furnish the GSTIN before payment to claim ITC.

Statutory or government fees associated with incorporation, licensing, trademark filing, or other regulatory submissions will be itemised on the invoice, collected from the Client, and remitted to the relevant government authority on the Client’s behalf.

StartIndia.AI does not add any hidden or undisclosed service fee; any increase in the amount payable arising from a government fee hike, stamp duty variation, or a resubmission/re-filing necessitated by incomplete or inaccurate Client information will be communicated and charged separately.

startindia.ai uses AI-assisted automation (including document drafting assistance, compliance-deadline prediction, and form pre-fill) to speed up filings. AI outputs are decision-support tools, not legal, tax, or financial advice, and are reviewed by our professional team before submission to any government authority unless you have opted for a self-service, unreviewed workflow that is clearly labelled as such.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you submit, whether typed manually or reviewed/accepted from an AI-generated draft. You must review any AI-generated output before it is used or filed.

You agree not to use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the platform other than through the interfaces we provide, and not to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our AI models, workflows, or outputs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

StartIndia.AI’s service obligation for a given engagement is considered fulfilled once the corresponding filing, document, or platform access has been delivered/granted. Outcomes that depend on a government authority’s discretion (approval, rejection, processing time) are outside our control — see Section 8 and the Disclaimer Policy.

• You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will promptly update it if it changes.
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any third party’s intellectual property, or to upload content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Content you post on startindia.ai’s public areas (reviews, forum posts, testimonials) may be used by StartIndia.AI on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis for platform and marketing purposes, unless you request removal.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StartIndia.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

All content on startindia.ai — including text, design, workflows, AI models, and the StartIndia.AI name and logo — is the intellectual property of PROMINT CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

The platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” StartIndia.AI does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or guarantee the outcome of any filing, registration, or application submitted to a government authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartIndia.AI’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. StartIndia.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. Sections on Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: refund requests must be raised within [30] days of payment through your StartIndia.AI dashboard, and are subject to a [20]% processing/cancellation charge to cover costs already incurred. Once platform access or the agreed deliverable has been provided, the engagement is treated as fulfilled and the Client is responsible for the final regulatory outcome.

We cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on government processing times, portal availability (MCA, GST Network, Income Tax e-filing, IP India, etc.), or a regulator’s discretionary decision (e.g., a trademark objection or GST registration query). Delays or rejections attributable to such factors are not grounds for a service failure claim against StartIndia.AI.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to the Client’s mandatory rights under Indian consumer protection law.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:
