Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a refund within [30] days of payment. StartIndia.AI considers its service obligation fulfilled once the agreed deliverable has been provided or platform access to the relevant workflow has been granted; responsibility for any subsequent action and the final regulatory outcome rests with the Client.

Approved refunds are subject to a [20]% cancellation/processing charge to cover fees already incurred (including any government fee already paid on your behalf, which is non-refundable once remitted to the relevant authority) and work already performed. The refundable amount will not exceed [80]% of the total fee paid.

You may request to switch to a different service within [7] days of payment, subject to any price difference between the two services.

Log in to your StartIndia.AI dashboard, open the relevant engagement, and select “Request Refund” / “Not Satisfied,” or email support@startindia.ai with your transaction ID and reason for the request. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours and, once approved, processed within [3–5] weeks to your original payment method.

• Government fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges already remitted to a government authority on your behalf.
• Third-party professional fees (e.g., statutory auditor fees) paid directly by you to an independent professional.
• Charges for services already completed and delivered in full.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any application, filing, or registration. Rejections, objections, or delays caused by a government authority, portal downtime (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax e-filing, IP India), or incomplete/inaccurate information supplied by the Client are not grounds for a refund.

StartIndia.AI is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, war, terrorism, or labour action.
